Check what a 99% Polymarket win rate counts
Examine which completed positions enter the win-rate calculation, retain resolved losses and check the report's coverage.
Check the calculation before trusting the percentage
A displayed 99% win rate alone doesn't establish how the calculation handles losing positions or missing history. To investigate a wallet, enter its username or address in the example input for polymarket-wallet-pnl. The actor matches observed public trades to confirmed resolutions and retains tokens that settled at zero. It calculates win rate from completed token positions with usable observed cost basis, rather than selecting trades from the closed-positions endpoint. Compare that reconstruction with the separate official public profile data, then review win rate by price bucket and category alongside P&L.
Limits
This report cannot establish why a particular profile displays 99% from the percentage alone. Its reconstruction covers fetched trades within the API's 10,000-offset cap, and it reports truncated coverage when that cap is reached. Transfers, missing cost basis and incomplete histories can affect the calculation, so the observed result is not necessarily a lifetime win rate. A high historical percentage is not a prediction or a reason by itself to copy trades.
