Which cars work

Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, connected over Bluetooth from inside or next to the car.

Pairing

Sit in the car with your key card and tap Send pairing request in Frontpane. Then place the key card on the car's card reader and confirm on the car's screen. If Frontpane can't find the car, check that Bluetooth is allowed for Frontpane in the iPhone's Settings and try again.

No car nearby? Tap Try the demo drive on the first screen to see the dash with recorded data.

Restoring Pro

Open Settings in Frontpane and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought Pro with.

Refunds and subscriptions

Apple handles payments. To cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
